Life Coaching
We provide coaching for individuals and groups. We do Business Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Parental Coaching, Health and Wellness coaching as well as retirement Coaching.
Managing and designing Mentorship Programs
We work with organizations that want to implement Mentorship Programs. We assist in designing the programs, training of Mentors, training of Mentees and Monitoring and evaluation of the Mentorship programs.
Skills and Management Training
We offer tailor made Management Training Programs for New Entrepreneurs, Small to Medium Scale enterprises on a variety of business topics to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Career Guidance
We provide Career Guidance to all scholars from pre-scholars to college level.
Career Development Coaching. We provide Career Development Coaching for professionals seeking careers development and career change.
Development and Management of CSI Initiatives
We work with different organizations to develop and implement CSI initiatives that have lasting impact on communities.

Ray Mhangwa
Executive DirectorRay Mhangwa is a Career Guidance Practitioner and Life Coach. He is a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) and a Certified Life Coach (COMENSA Accredited; Achology Certified). He also studied Mentorship (UNISA). He has worked on and developed several Career Guidance initiatives with students, professionals organizations and governments. He works as a Management Coach and a Career Development coach with several organisations. He ran the Careers, Mentorship and Self Advancement Convention (CAMSAC) in Zimbabwe from 2013 to 2015. The platform worked with over 5000 students every year students in Harare. Prior to this, he has worked as a Senior Manager in Business Development, Finance, Accounting and Business
Kudzai Belinda Deve
Programs DirectorKudzi is a Strategist, Trainer, Consultant and Career Guidance Practitioner who is very passionate about youth development. She has worked with students, young professionals business startups and corporates. Together with Ray, they ran the Careers, Mentorship and Self Advancement Convention (CAMSAC) in Zimbabwe from 2013 to 2015. The platform worked with over 5000 students every year in Harare. Kudzai is also a Mandela Washington Fellow (2016-USA) and a Trinity Leadership Fellow (2023-USA). Kudzi has worked on several human development initiatives with organization like the World Bank (2020-2021), USADF, Ministry of Women Affairs Zimbabwe and Umba Create. She holds a Degree in Human Resources Management.
Dennyford Mafa (Phd)
Programs ManagerDennyford is one of our Program Managers. He has extensive experience in research and Social Development. He has worked for The University of Fort Hare, Class Act Educational Services and Institute of Health Programs and Systems (IHPS). He is a holder of a Doctorate Degree in Social Development from the University of Fort Hare.
Heaven Magoronga
Director: Business DevelopmentA Junior Chamber International (JCI Pretoria L.O. Treasurer 2018) who participated in the internationally acclaimed award winning Gardening Project which provided sustainable solutions to food security in impoverished communities by training learners in gardening. Heaven served as a Senior Phase and FET Educator. Through various projects in the Engineering sector Heaven amassed tremendous senior management Project Management experience. He holds a Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering and has Mining SAMTRAC. Heaven is a Non-Executive Chairman for MTP Pty Ltd and sits on various other boards.
